ChargePanel AB (publ) (“ChargePanel”) and Anzu Charging Pty Ltd (“Anzu Charging”) have today signed an agreement for the ChargePanel Enterprise service. ChargePanel has today customers in Europe, the USA and Africa. The agreement will enable Anzu Charging to provide CPO (charge point operator) and EMP (eMobility service provider) services in Australia, under its own brand.
Anzu Charging is an Australian company that offers a range of solutions for EV charging, including the installation and maintenance of charging stations for residential, commercial, and public locations. The goal is to connect 500 charging points before the end of 2024. Their investment is facilitated through the agreement with ChargePanel where they gain access to the SaaS platform and can thus control and manage the charging infrastructure for electric vehicles and EV drivers.
ChargePanel has recently seen an increase in the number of requests from potential customers in the Australian market, with this strategic agreement in place it simplifies the process and additional agreements are expected during this year.
