ChargePanel AB (publ) (“ChargePanel”) announces that Quarker Corporation (“Quarker”) has today signed an agreement regarding electric vehicle charging in the Philippines. The agreement includes Quarker signing a license for ChargePanel’s subscription service, Enterprise. Quarker is active in both fast charging (DC charging) and home charging (AC charging).
Quarker is a Philippines-based electric vehicle infrastructure solutions provider and is one of the first players in the Philippines to focus on charging infrastructure. Their business model primarily involves acting as a charging operator and retailer of electric car chargers. They offer a complete solution for electric car charging with support for installation and maintenance, simplifying the electric car driver.
By offering ChargePanel’s SaaS platform, ChargePanel Enterprise, Quarker will be able to control and manage the entire network of electric vehicle infrastructure and provide charging services to electric vehicle drivers. This agreement marks an important milestone in ChargePanel’s continued expansion and commitment to advancing the development of sustainable transportation solutions globally.
Quarker’s target audience is diverse and includes electric car drivers, businesses and local authorities who share a common desire for a smooth experience when using charging services. Quarker will therefore provide ChargePanel’s SaaS platform, ChargePanel Enterprise, both in direct current charging (DC charging) for fast charging and alternating current charging (AC charging) for home charging. This means they will support charging both in public and at home.
