KG Knutsson, one of the Nordics’ leading companies in the automotive industry and has been active since 1946, has expanded the collaboration with ChargePanel, to provide charging services for electric vehicles to PostNord.
KG Knutsson is building out charging infrastructure for electric vehicles and will provide installation of charging stations and EV network services to PostNord. PostNord plans to install EV charging stations at its local offices. The total volume of cars estimated to be included in the infrastructure is approx. 5,000 vehicles.
KG Knutsson, as a corporate customer of ChargePanel’s SaaS platform, operates Ellsy and will provide PostNord with a combined solution for installation and service of charging points through a cloud-based administration platform. As part of the total service offering, ChargePanel in collaboration with KG Knutsson has agreed to deliver ChargePanel’s EV Fleet Management solution that connects administrative flows between drivers, companies and leasing companies.
ChargePanel’s cloud-based platform handles charging that takes place at home, at the workplace or at public charging stations, where debiting takes place automatically and seamlessly between the customer’s own system and the leasing company’s system. The result is a solution that simplifies the transition to a fossil-free vehicle fleet for both companies and their employees. ChargePanel provides the technical platform to enable the services and has expanded the collaboration with KG Knutsson to provide PostNord with EV Fleet Management, EV Roaming and Customer Service Operations.
